PMA is resolving stormwater bills by working with the City of Chesapeake to correctly assign our units to community billing. Residents who have paid the City directly should provide proof of payment to PMA for reimbursement or credit on their association account. Vicki has created and shared with the Board a spreadsheet to track these reimbursements. Since the December payments were due, the June batch has now been posted on residents accounts with Chesapeake. Residents may send their December 2025 and/or June 2026 stormwater bills to PMA for reimbursement.
We've made progress restoring streetlights across the community. The Board and Vicki tracked down some missing Dominion Energy account numbers and brought all accounts back online; those payments have been made, which will restore power to the affected streetlights.
Relay Electric is working to restore the remaining lights that are still out in the community and add two additional streetlights. Rocky is adding additional lighting by the East pool.
